
I may or may not have started cooking this zucchini shrimp scampi at 2am. Basically, the whole south is stressed out because it’s supposed to snow later today and the occurance of snow usually means it will be a nightmare to drive anywhere for a while (until the black ice melts). Also there’s a possibility of a power supply shortage which I’ll admit I’m not fully prepared for. But at least if push comes to shove, I can drink these cold broth-y noodles.
