I’ve romanticized next summer as the summer where I take at least a month to travel in the Italian country-side and to do that and meet locals I really want to be fluent in the language. You may know that I lived in Spain for a bit and understand Spanish (and read + speak at an intermediate level) but I want to add another language, Italian… in 6 months! I decided to vlog my efforts as a way to keep myself accountable and to meet other language learners online. Here’s the first week:

One of my favorite things to do in San Francisco is to treat myself to a nice show (jazz, ballet, symphony… you name it). Normally, I prefer a classical ballet but I decided to take myself on a date to the SF Ballet’s rendition of Don Quixote and it did not disappoint.
